Ever since I've received My new phone I haven't been getting My messages when there supposed to be sent to me, My notifications haven't been getting to Me on time !!!! like can someone please help Me && they Me how I can fix it?

Is your old phone turned off? Is it specific area? Certain apps that are delayed?
