my note 2 wont turn on

yesterday my phones battery was so low like 5% and when I wanted to charge it ,it had turned off so I kept it charging over night the red light was blinking but now it wont turn on please help me

Hi

Not sure but try:

take the battery out for 20 minutes
put it back in
put phone on charge for 4 hours (without turning it on)

turn on (crossing all fingers and toes)
