I had a problem with the battery so they are replacing the whole thing. Everything was fine until a couple of days ago. I had bought a desktop charger dock which i used for a week or so. Well, i had trouble with it. The charger icon on the phone kept going in and out. The next day i tried to charge it for about four hours and it only got to 40%. I took it to the Verizon store and they said they would replace it. I have since charged it up but there does seem to be an issue with it so im glad to get a new phone

i bought it in december and its been pretty good overall. i really like it but i started having problems with the battery. hopefully this will take care of it

I've had constant battery charging issues as well. So far they've only given me a new battery. I should probably pester them again and get a new unit.
