My package installer has stopped

More info would be good. What device do you have, what were you trying to install, have you rebooted, are you rooted etc?

Not rooted,galaxy express 3,I think it uninstalled the system package installer
Any idea how that happened? Package Installer is a system app so if it's been uninstalled, you must be rooted or been uninstalled via one of the Samsung debloater apps.
