Android Question

Hi all,
I am new to android and galaxy and for some reason my PC does not recognize my galaxy note 3 (it sometimes recognizes it as a camera but no files are seen).
I have tried Kies and a few other suggestions and so far, nothing.
Please help...

Thanx
Galia

Hi Galia and welcome to the forums. Funnily enough I had exactly the same issue with my Note 3 and Pc too.

I solved it by installing the Samsung USB drivers direct from their website at Samsung Andorid USB Driver for Windows | SAMSUNG Developers

It helped me so I feel confident it will help you too.

The Note 3 forums on here are awash with people as it's one of our top 5 most popular phones. The link to register for the forums is in my signature below and I really would recommend it as somewhere where you can get a whole wealth of knowledge to make the most of your new phone.
