I keep getting the following message when I try to open phone monitor options
"C:\Program\HTC\HTC Sync\Mobile Phone Monitor\tssmpm.cpl". then something about shelldll 32.
I don't understand this. How can I make my Hero connect so I can install the new software that will be available soon.
If this has been asked before can you point me in the right direction. Thanks
