I just picked up a black one yesterday, no one at Verizon had a clue. I thought maybe it would have been out for black Friday but apparently they're in no rush.

I want to know this also.. try going on to verizon chat and see if you can get a date. I've been trying about 4 times a day.
The only concrete answer has been dec. 2...so that would be Monday. I wonder if they might be trying to move some stock (of the black) before releasing the white....this would be a good weekend to do it

I see the full retail price of the black one dropped $50...I don't know if that is online only though. ?

So, I stopped by my Verizon store today and the white g2 is on display....but he said they won't be for sale in store until Thursday Dec 5.....sales are online only right now.

For once it pays to have Sprint. I walked out of Best Buy yesterday with a White G2 for free.

When I went to best buy to get mine in Black yesterday they had several in white as well.
