My Phone Dead while Rooting and Can't Reboot

My phone has been completely Dead while Rooting My Device. It may be soft bricked, after I tried to start my Device, it start on and off with message says 'You have ever been Rooted, this may virus attack or Privacy information leaked. What is the Actual problem? How to fix it?

How did you try to root it? Did you get any error messages?

Try going into recovery and clearing cache, or possibly factory reset. But if the root failed and corrupted the ROM then you'll have to reflash the device to fix it.

Of course if your root method was to unlock bootloader, flash custom recovery, use recovery to root ROM (what I'd always recommend, but not available for all devices) then as long as you took a backup using the recovery before trying to root you can simply restore the backup. But I guess that you didn't have that option?
 
"InFocus" is a presentation equipment company, makes projectors, electronic whiteboards, etc. What device have you actually got there, and what did you do exactly? The message looks like Chinglish. Is it a Chinese phone?
