My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Mini

My phone is always full. I have deleted as much as I possibly can. I have uploaded all my photos from my phone onto my laptop. Every time its does those monthly downloads I always have to unload them. All I can fit on my phone it my torch, twitter and Facebook. I've only had this phone for about a year. Please help it would be very grateful, thanks
