Help My Phone Is going crazy

Hello, i have a LG optimus Zip it has Android 2.3.4 gingerbread when i turn it on its hard to slid up to unlock once its unlocked it goes CRAZY it pulls down the notification thing and it will slid thought the home screens and i cant open anything by taping it i have to slid the key board out and use the arrow keys. when i try typing with out the keyboard it will type random litters it sometimes it will go back as if i pressed the back button i have factory reset it but i did nothing please help!! my brothers Girl friend said she installed a drawing app from the play store then it start doing this PLEASE HELP!! i have time on this phone and i would like to be able to use it Thank you in advance.

How long have you had the phone? Has it been rooted and had any apps that came with the phone removed? Has the phone suffered any sort of sudden shock such as being dropped?
