how i can find my smartphone with IMEI.one person stolen my phone but i do not know who he or she is. please help me

Hi

If you think your phone may be on and you remember you Google address and password it would be worth a look at the app "androidlost". Log onto Google play on a pc - you may be able to install it remotely and then track your phone.
