Help My phone keeps making notification noises.

Hi all...

I have a newly bought Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

It all started yesterday when I would get notification sounds from my phone... but no messages or anything. It keeps making these alerts but I have yet to figure out why.

I've read some similar posts about this matter. I've tried to download a notification history app, which didn't really help because after the sound goes off, I check the history app to find nothing. I've tried to disable the NFC, disable other downloaded apps/games. Restarted my phone... I just can't figure out what is wrong.

Please help!!! It's so irritating to listen to these ghost(?) alerts all day!!!

Hi, I had a similar problem with a different phone, but I was able to solve the issue with the aid of another user's help.
I was advised to check my accessibility settings, where I unknowingly had the "notification reminder" on. I turned it off and problem solved. And thank God too, it was driving me insane! I hope this helps!
