Root My phone now speaks

I just noticed this, and I have tried to find how to shut it off, but I cannot.

Now whens someone calls me, it says their name out loud until I answers. Any clue how to shut this off?

system settings/accessability/caller id readout (ring only) if it is already set to that, change it and change it back again. Should work
