my phone stuck

I have been use my phone for a week and I have problem using it.
It stuck on a black screen and it restart it self whenever's I try to open a new game that I'm install.Its doesn't always happen but it's kind a annoying. Do I need to send to the shop or I can fix it my self.

My phone brand is from leagoo (lead 2s)
I only play clash of clan and plant vs zombies 2. My phone is not to hot when I play those game

And it just happens with those games? You could try uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache etc?

If it happens in other instances, it could be another app running in the background causing issues. Maybe try backing up with Helium etc and performing a factory reset?

It could also be a hardware issue, meaning you'd need to contact Laegoo.

The factory reset is really working but only in 3 days.The phone is now stuck when I open all my apps.Maybe I had to contact leagoo for the hardware issue.
