Help my phone will not charge!

Im using the usb and cord that came with the phone and my phone wont charge properly, last night it was at 30 % i woke up in the middle of the night and it was still on 30% so i swapped the usb cord and wall outlet charger for another one and went back to sleep, next time i woke up and my phone was dead. i went back to the normal charger and it charged up to 40% and then went back down to 30.. does anyone else have this problem? Its driving me mad I don't know what to do, other than that I love this phone...

Never had this problem. Charges fine with any USB connected to a PC or external power supply.

I think i narrowed my problem down to using the wifi tethering. Ive never had the battery drain while using it but for some reason once I shut it off everything was fine, did you ever have this problem?
