my phone won't download multimedia messages

I have a Samsung exhibit 2 from t-mobile and i am unable to send or receive pic mail!! Please help!!! thank you!

Have you tried rebooting your phone, also try a battery pull, you can also try clearing cache and data from your Message app

In addition to what don said... Sometimes toggling wifi on and off seems to fix it for some.
