My phone won't load anything when I don't use Wi-Fi

Hey everyone, so when I try and use data on my phone the google play store and the browser won't load anything, it's really annoying. And yes, I do have service because I'm able to call and text. I's really appreciate it if somebody can help me out, thank you.

Have you checked whether your mobile data somehow got turned off? That happened to me once, when my phone shut off due to low battery.

Also, what provider are you using? That may help find some more specific options to help troubleshoot.

Check the APN details are setup correctly for your carrier. That's a frequent reason of being unable to connect mobile data, but are able to make calls and SMS.
