Help My phone won't mount and charging issues.

Sometimes when I plug it in it won't start charging I have to unplug and try again. Sometimes when I woke up in the morning and it was plugged in all night it will say charged and the battery indicator is full. As soon as I unplug it a pop up comes and tells me to charge and my battery indicator goes down to red zone.

Also it will not mount at all.

I called VM and they sent me a new battery. I asked if this wld fix the mount issue (pretty much already knew the answer to that tho, NO). But they said yes it wld, doubt it but gave it a try. Still not mounting. And the battery still has issues starting to charge but hasn't went from fully charged when I wake up to dead right after unplugging since new bat.

any suggestions?

BTW I already did factory reset and still same issues.

It sounds like it is your USB port on the phone. Or it could be the USB cable. You don't state if you used different methods to charge.

I don't charge any other way besides the charger/usb plug it came with. My bf has the same phone and I know it's not the cable bc his doesn't allow me to mount either.

I guess it is the usb plug on the phone then. I will call for my replacement phone.

Does anyone else think VM tech support is a joke? It was a outsourced Indian woman. She had no idea how to help me she kept putting me on hold and insisted I needed a new battery.
