Root My Phone Won't Root! Help!

Okay, so, my SG4 Mini was rooted in the past using Kingo Android Root, but I locked myself out and had to factory reset my phone.
Now, when I tried to root my phone using the same rooting method it fails. I've tried VRoot, OneClickRoot, Kingo, Rootmaster, pretty much everything, I guess... I really want to re-root it so I can have the same quality that it did before. Please help soon!

Factory reset wont kill root...install supersu, open it and update the binary if it asks you to
