I really need help. My phone won't display any photos. Instagram, Twitter, and my gallery wont let me see pictures. I know there's more places that I wouldn't be able to see photos but those are the apps I use frequently. Peoples profile pictures aren't there and when I click on pictures that they posted, I'm not able to see those either. On Reddit it won't show the thumbnail but I can click the picture to see it. Its seriously so weird. And when I go to my gallery it just shows a bunch of black or gray squares where the pictures are supposed to be. If I restart my phone or take out the SD card and put it back in, I can see pictures but after about 5 minutes I can't see them again. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me.

Try going to Settings -> Apps then find Gallery and clear its data. No idea about the other apps, but clearing their data will likely also delete your login info from the phone.

Just replied to this in Android Central. It could be the SD card being corrupted. I had this happen to me a few months ago when I had the phone. I just transferred the contents to a new one, and the problem went away.

Try this link first, http://androidforums.com/kyocera-rise/726362-camera-apk.html if it does not resolve the problem follow the steps below...

Plug your phone into your computer and see if the computer recognizes your SDcard. If it does not then you have to replace the sdcard.

Now if you replace the SDcard or if the computer reads the SDcard but the phone still does not, it could be one of the following problems...

1. The Sdcard reader on the phone is damaged. Which means you need to replace the phone.

2. The SDcard reader is dirty. This can happen from simple daily use. If you can find a Q-tip that can be flatten to fit the card reader, stick the q-tip in the Card reader to see if you can remove any foreign particles. You can also add a drop of rubbing alcohol to the q-tip. The rubbing alcohol is non-conductive so it will just clean by adding a little amount to the q-tip. A better solution would be try find a small enough eraser. Erasers clean the connections on all electronics connectors. If all else fails try using a toothpick to see if anything is lodged in the card reader.

3. You may have added an app which prevents you from accessing the sdcard. Trying removing the last few apps to see if the problem is resolved.

Hope this helps!!!
