my phone wont turn on

my phone wont turn on and i was wondering how can i restart my phone without deleting whats saved on it. i tried rebooting it but it wont go past the samsung galaxy s2 part it just goes black and back to the title and keeps doing that.

What you are seeing is referred to as a bootloop. If your phone is stock (no custom ROMs) you probably have something wrong with your phone, and getting the data saved on your phone is unlikely. If you have a custom ROM and recovery, you should be able to reflash the ROM and try again to start the phone. Thanks for the question, and good luck!
