Help My pic no longer linked to Facebook?

So my facebook profile picture has always showed up for my name in like the text messaging app, and as of yesterday its just blank. No pic at all. I cant figure out for the life of me what happened or how to fix it. Any help?

Try clearing the data for the messaging app and possibly for your contacts too (make sure they are backed up) then resync to facebook.

Or try removing your facebook account and readding it.

Tried all that and no luck.

I know I had the same problem at one point and some combination of those steps fixed it for me.

I'm sure a factory reset would fix it though.
