my rant W/ happy ending!

on 11/29 i picked up a verizon note 2 knowing if i upgrade ill loose my unlimited data.

me and my mom both were grandfathered in

i knew she didnt use much data so i upgraded on her line so she would loose her unlimited then i would just activate the note 2 on my line.

well Best Buy screwed up and it didnt happen that way. i lost my data and my mom kept hers.

so after many stops to best buy and them calling verizon today verizon cracked and gave me my UNLIMITED data back!!

so now me and my mom both still have our unlimited plans and i didnt need to return my phone and start the process over again.

Maybe big red isnt so bad after all

Same thing happened to a friend of mine with Best Buy. He was luckily able to get his back as well. Glad it worked out for you!!!

I purchased my phone through best buy mobile and when I called Tmo to activate my phone i found out that BB had changed my plan from what I originally picked out. Caused me some headaches but all got sorted out.
