I took it out of my pocket and the screen was on and it said No Sim Card detected. Never dropped the phone ever. I couldn't fix it so I took it to the store and they couldn't fix it either. Just thought I would post since it's a weird problem that came out of nowhere. My phone was in mint condition.
They replaced it with a refurbished phone that looks to have much more wear than mine did and theres dirt and hairs inside the speaker (gross). Pretty disappointed about that. Looks like the glass is brand new on it.
They did handle it well though. They overnighted it and I got the replacement less than 24 hours after it broke.
They said if there's physical damage on my phone, I will be charged $300. I never rooted it or anything like that either so I shouldn't be charged.
