Help My reception keeps dropping

I'm using the same so card in the same house where I had full signal all the time but with this new phone I get a error message pop up quite often saying

"network registration failed. please turn off and restart phone (13)."

Any ideas on what I should do?

What's that and how do I do it?

Go into settings, general settings, system updates, click on update profile. You can update PRL first, then profile from that page. Might help.

Went to settings and general but there's no system settings option.

system updates. Just under activate this device. At least that's what I have on Sprint.

Odd. What carrier? I'd call your carrier and ask how to update the profile then.

I'm with Three which I think is only uk based. What does updating a profile do just out of curiosity.

Go to your carrier and get a new card.
