Help my resion got JB besides me

hello,

my phone specs:
AP: I9300XXBLFB
CP: I9300XXLFB
CSC: I9300OJVBLF3

i was following after this sites:
youmobile
sammobile


and I see my region did got the JB update while I didn't

Ii have checked the over the air update service and Checked KIES,
its keep saying there is no update for me.

can anyone please tell me whats wrong?
 
Maybe your region hasn't been rolled out fully yet. Its also done by carrier if its branded. Can't tell you without specifics

I bought it from local store , and it's not branded . When i am looking in kies it says its JAD which by googling i found it means that its Saudi Arabia region
 
From a quick google, your CSC appears to be one from the Philippines. I'd concentrate your efforts there initially
 
I found a list of almost 20 regions with this specifics, i think its Saudi Arabia because it says JED in KIES.

is there a better way to find out which region my phone belongs to?
 
Well its the CSC that tells the phone which update to get .. thats all know. If it covers 20 regions, you could be waiting a while.

Anyway, unless you want to install it yourself, just wait
 
Unless you download the official version for your phone from sammobile and flash it. That won't void warranty, providing you get the right one
