Pretty damn impressed with it right out of the box. I have watched and read a lot of reviews about this phone and none of them covered anything decent or did this handset justice.
Perk #1 - I paid $59.99. 40$ cheaper then I paid for my Optimus M 3 years ago.
Perk #2 - Getting a Kit Kat Update sometime in the next 4 months.
Perk #3 - Facial Recognition unlocking.
Perk #4 - IR port for remote functions.
Perk #5 - Wi-Fi Calling.
Perk #6 - Camera and Camcorder are awesome for a mid range handset.
Perk #7 - Pre-Installed file manager, task manager and app manager for removing bloatware.
Perk #8 - Fast and snappy response.
Perk #9 - Freedom Kernel.
Perk #10 - Full 360 degree viewable screen.
Perk # 11 - Can multi-task, Talk and Browse the web at the same time.
Downfall #1 - Storage, but with root, swap2extsd and Link2SD can fix that.
I hope to see progress made on this phone as far as ROM development. It deserves it. *Edit* It needs it.
Will add more as time goes on.
