Help My Samsung Galaxy Ace Wont Turn On! Help!!!!!!

My phone wont turn on properly, when i turn it on it shows the samsung screen and goes slowly white, this makes the logo disappear i have tried wiping the data/factory reset and wiping cache partition but it wont work. Please help!!!!

Is it still under warranty (doubtful)?
How tech savvy are you? Will it go into download mode (power, home and volume DOWN)?

You can also try hooking it up to the PC and see if it will boot up normally like that.
