Help My Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8020 is really slow on mobile network ( 3g )! How can i fix this?

Hello guys ! This will be my 1st post / thread in here i hope i made it in the correct section!

Here goes : I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8020 it works fine untill i get to internet browsing using my mobile network ( i have an internet plan on it and it is not 4G it's just 3G) at times it is horribly slow and it even gives me " page cannot be loaded " kind of error messages and also any notifications from Facebook / email etc ... didn't pop up while on 3G but as soon as i turn wifi on it works just fine. Before this tabled i had a galaxy tab 2 7.0 with the same internet plan and it was fast on internet browsing / email / facebook etc. Is there anything i can do to fix this? Sorry for my english it's not my native language

Have you tried calling your provider to see if they can maybe reset your signal or to see if they're having any issues sending signal to your location.

Otherwise maybe try reinserting the APN information again for Orange, you can usually find this information by searching Google

Hey Digital Controller i went to the apn setting and i saw that i saw on orange wap instead of orange net i chose orange net and saved the settings everything works great now !
