Help My Samsung S2 ia going directly to Voicemail

Welcome to Android Forums. Do you perhaps have the Ringtone set to None?

In the Phone app go to Settings | Phone ringtone and makes sure it is not set to None.

Thanks for the response. I checked it and it is set properly.

The phone goes directly to Voicemail for about 80% of the calls.
