Help My screen has completely frozen

I am freaking out. I attempted to root my Transformer Pad and thought it would be relative easy for as I have done it to many different android devices. After following the instructions here i had gotten to the reboot step, not installing CWM, and turned it off and then attempted to turn it back on but it froze at the "Eee Pad" screen. I guess I am asking:

ANYONE PLEASE HELP!

Did you try and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to get it to shut off? After that, try to boot it up again.
 
as much as I have sympathy to the issue, i havent had enough sleep, im at the moment grouchy, ive had a crap breakfast, on the way to work on a packed train, the guy next to me stinks (i hope your looking as im typing smelly), any particualr reason for wanting to root in the 1st place?
