my screen is locked

hello.
i change some property in my settings phone(galaxy s6) but i don't remember that.
now my screen is lock and a blue line move from up screen to down. what can i do to fix it?

reboot it. hold down the power button and volume down until the screen goes blank, then turn it back on.

I did the same thing, rebooted it but it still has the blue line and is still locked up. What did I do? What DoD I do to undo it? Please can anyone help me? I thought I was just getting out of the dexterity menu and was half asleep...
