my screen will not turn on

my phone fell recently and now my screen will not turn on, the screen was not cracked and I took the backing off of my phone and nothing seems to be out of place... it still turns on and the screen still works in the aspect that I can navigate my phone and even press buttons and use my music player.. how ever there is no picture of my phone what could be the causing me to not have a picture

The screen could have broken internally. You'll have to get the problem diagnosed - we can't do that online. All we can do is guess.
