My Sensation has been acting up lately, anyone else?

Hey guys.. just wanted to see if anyone else has been having problems with their Sensation and if/what solutions there might be.

My problems have been:

-Reception has been terrible (seems like when switching from 2g/4g) and calls have been dropping.
-Call quality in the earpiece sounds crackly, or very quiet
-Phone freezes, or will get stuck with no reception and will have to restart the phone for it to go back to normal (multiple times a day)
-Battery drain is much worse now than before when I first got it

My fiance has the same phone and has the same problems. My basis for saying how bad the reception is, is because I have a BB Curve on TMO through my work, and the Curve has MUCH better and more stable reception.

Not sure what to do, seems like it's the phone.. anyone else?

I haven't had these issues but try this:

-Turn off the phone by holding the powerbutton and pressing power off.

-Remove the back cover by holding the button at the bottom of the phone and pull the screen away from the case.

-Take out the battery and wait a second and then place it back in.

-Now turn on the phone and see if anything is better.

This is known as a battery pull. Try to do it once a week.

Lucas, I've done that.. it only helps very briefly then the issues I have will come back up. It's been this way since the most recent software update, is there a new one coming up?

Another thing I suggest to do a factory reset. As it sounds, it will get rid of all the data on the phone, so be sure your backed up to your Google account.
