Try doing a factory reset. You can find the info by doing a search with your device make and model along with how to factory reset. NOTE! You will lose all data. You can also contact the manufacturer and they can walk you through the process. That should solve your problem. If it doesn't and the device is only 2 months old, either take it back to where you bought it or contact the manufacturer and send it in for repairs.
