sometimes apps crash because the different OS version that it requires, however i do not feel this is the case with you. can you give us more feedback?

Except- file manager, gallery, music
i.s. Self installed from play store are not opening.

You might want to just try a factory reset on the device, because if the play store is not downloading the apps correctly, then you will, obviously, never be able to launch apps downloaded from said store.


Sorry if this isnt that much help to you, i just cant really think of much else to do when the store is behaving like that.
