Help My tablet charge problems

I have a android tablet and has a problem with charging . When i plug in the tablet swich on but the batery stay 0% no matter how long stay in charge slill remain 0% and when i plug off shouting down instantly. Any ideas what is the problem

One of two things: the battery is dead or the charging circuits are bad. Either will require a depot-level repair. Contact the manufacturer (if you can) and see what they can do as far as repair goes.
