My tablet M1900 Kocaso will not boot

I got this tablet from my son for a Christmas gift this past December. It was working OK would occationally lock up. I basically use this tablet for reading ebooks and playing a few games from google store.

I left it for a week than opened and used it to continue a book I am into. It worked just fine for the time being but it updated some programs some of which I do not use. Now t will not even boot up. It goes on..the splash screen comes up and it locks on the android screen.

I tried the reset button and nothing.. I tried holding in the power button for 35 seconds three times and I tried to plug it into the charger for 5 minutes and then while still plugged in held in the power button. It wil not even boot into safe mode or anything. What should I do?

unfortunately i know nothing about your device as i never heard of it until now.

there are some steps in there that might help you. if not there is a link that will allow you to contact them directly via email. it might even be under warranty as well.
