My tablet thinks it's a Mac

[leethesign]

Hi all,

I'm new to this tablet lark and have just bought one and am trying to download Winamp app to it.

It then tells me that Winamp isn't available for my operating system which is Mac (no it ain't, it's Android 4.0.3).

Can anybody offer me some advice here - I'm stuck!

Thanks all

What tablet do you have?

Hi Dreadnatty,

It's a Tebros 10.2", Model BC1003 running Android 4.0.3

Where are you trying to download WinAmp from anyway? Is Play Store not available for you?

I was trying to dpownload it from the Winamp site and that's where I was getting the message.

So I managed to downloadWinamp Pro from the Play Store and it came down and installed, but wouldn't run. I then got the message that it was unsuitable for my operating system!

Is it me - am I going completely round the bend?
