MY Touch 4G bootloop issue

Hi All

My My Touch 4G goes to boot-loop( keeps re-starting continuously) when i connect/disconnect the mobile charger.

appreciate any help to get this resolved..and i i'm new bee for using smart phone detailed steps would really help

Have you tried a factory reset?

no luck.. i have tried factory reset..nothing happens its continues to reboot..please suggest

On the slide it was Volume up and power, I would try taking the battery out for 1 hour and restarting it again, some boards have a factory battery that doesn't deplete unless it's been out for at least one hour.
