My touchscreen stopped working for android note

My phone cashed, I reset it back to the factory setting and the touchscreen stopped. Can somebody help me out please? My phone is a android note. My dad bought it for me from a Chinese seller. The serial number is KPD1BB17GS/6-B.

You may have a hardware issue with the screen. If a factory reset does not help them you need to contact your manufacturer. Hopefully your device is still under warranty.
