I have searched for the same thing. I have not found a way to directly share google's My Tracks with FB. I send them from my phone to my email and then upload them to mapmyride.com/mapmyrun.com. This site has a FB sharing feature. It also is great to use to plan your rides/runs and keep track of your workouts.
