i'm getting less than 1Mbps download speeds on my home wifi.
upload speeds are +8Mbps.
so i pull out my dell streak (phone previous to the S3) and sure enough, using the same server on SPEEDTEST.NET'S app, i am getting 10+ Mbps download. and this is a wifi G radio on this.
now i have ran this on the S3 for the past few hours and every single time, less than 1. once in a while it will burp over 10.
i have done the "*#0011#" service menu and turned off the WIFI thingee that i have read on here. nothing. turned it back on. still nothing.
turned off sleep mode wifi.
funny thing was, when i first got this a couple days ago, it was downloading apps automatically like crazy.
and now, it's down to a crawl.
i check the settings and it says i'm connected at 72Mbps to my wifi router.
help...
