Help My Workload Battery Charging Test Results

I conducted a pretty tough battery charging test in the field under actual working conditions and am rather pleased even though the battery lost ground to the workload.
The area is Atlanta's core and a single preliminary speedtest.net test shown 11+ Mbps down.

I used my Verizon GN in 4G LTE USB tethered to a HP DV6 laptop running two open FF browsers. Each browser was on GPS fleet tracking sites observing separate GPS units locations live as they traveled.

At the same time I had Navigation running on the phone with a route for me to follow.

I observed the battery level loosing a mere 2% per 1/2 hour.
The phone was not hot. Warm but nothing to note but I did check it.

I have a tech question for an circuitry nerd, Does This USB Cable Increase mAh? I am looking at trying one with a USB female mini to male micro adapter in hopes of getting an mAh increase and possibly gaining ground on the charging.
