My ZTE Blade V8 Pro's mobile data does not work

I am able to access cellular network for calls but no data on my phone. When I put my AT&T SIM card in a different phone, mobile data works fine.

I called ZTE customer support and the rep did not seem that knowledgeable but after putting me on a few brief holds she recommended I send it in for repair, so that is what I will do.

The only thing I plan on doing before then is going to an AT&T store to see if they can try a different SIM card and see if mobile data works.
 
This is odd. I'm sure you tried factory resetting the device to see if that fixed the issue? Hope this gets resolved as I've never had a problem with mine. Make sure your network settings are all in order. (Settings > All settings tab > Dual SIM settings > AT&T Mobile data (ON).
 
Yes, factory resetting did not work, and mobile data was turned on.

I returned to Newegg for a replacement. Will report back when I get my replacement device.
 
AT&T was able to resolve the issue. Apparently the IMEI was registered to "CT Asia" (no idea what that is, neither did the rep) which I don't think is on AT&T's approved list. They were able to work some magic, I just had to restart my device and bam! Mobile data working.
