okay I have searched and emailed support with no answers. this is pretty frustrating. The program is supposed to BACK UP data. IF its going to delete it whats the point?
I updated to froyo last friday using mini kies. everything was cool except for the most common...gps doesnt lock and avatar is locked. backued up everything using mybackup..reset the phone and then restored. the apps and pics restored nicely, but the data didnt. it keeps saying error zip file is corrupt....i mean%^$# !@#$% it.
i just lost so many texts and mms. so much more customization that this back up was supposed to protect. is there a solution for this? i know appps fail..but this is the ONLY thing that should not be acceptable in a backup app. i am so frustrated now i feel like just throwing my phone away. ive been messing with the file trying to repair it and i have no clue what the H to do.
any input is welcome.
