Myphoneexplorer says my phone is unidentified!!!

hey :D i just got an xperia neo and i want to be able to sync my messages to myphoneexplorer however the program cannot identify my phone. i tryed using usb and bluetooth and both don't work.

PS: the usb cable works for pc companion or directly connects to my SD card. however i cannot connect to my laptop using the bluetooth and i can't find the appropriete driver for that.

what should i do? and if i need a driver plz can u give me the link? :)
 
I use the MPE with WiFi without problems :)

For using the USB cable the "USB-Debugging" box has be checked. In phone's Settings, Applications, Development ...
