Mystery process draining batt

Does anyone know what this is, or why it's using so much battery. My batt (Nexus 5) usually lasts all day - looong days. This was after about 6 hours today.

EDIT:
Not sure why the image doesn't show. Right click and copy link - opens in browser. It says, "mm-qcamera-daemon"

Seems like a widespread problem (though I have never heard of or experienced it) that Google is not paying much attention to. Here's something to try, though it may not be successful:
Download & install Wakelock Detector, charge your phone to at least 90%, then reboot and let it sit for a couple hours (or better yet, overnight). Then open the app and see what's in the top-3 for CPU and screen wakelocks. If you see an app or service with a huge % number, that's your culprit. To resolve (or at least remediate temporarily), install Greenify and Zzz the app/service identified earlier. Greenify works better with root, but is still capable of working on an unrooted device. Wakelock Detector does not require root or any special permissions.
