Help Mystery Vibrations

Hey folks,
After upgrading to leaked ROM Lite I've been getting mystery vibration alerts. Sometimes they are short duration, sometimes it will vibrate for 10 seconds or more. When I look at my phone I have no missed calls, new appointments/reminders or new messages. I've disabled Vibrate under the Sound Settings already.

Any ideas?

I had the same thing happen to my phone yesterday. It started vibrating all on it's own and played my ring tone like the phone was ringing but I had no incoming calls. I had to take the battery out to get it to quit.

I haven't rooted my phone and haven't downloaded anything on it except a few apps.

haha I thought it was just phantom vibes. I get this too. like a heptic feedback once in awhile.

Well glad I am not the only one. How often has it happened to you guys? It has only happed once to me.

It happens to me at least once a day.... usually two or three times. At one point it was happening every hour at 26 after the hour. I wonder if it is VZ trying to push the OTA...

I just got my Froyo update this morning so hopefully no more mystery vibrations.

That is what is killing me... I've tried 2 different ROMs now and each one goes off now several times a day. Last night I sat there and listened to it go off on my nightstand for almost 30 seconds before I reached over and pushed the power button. No new messages.... no new mail... no missed appointments or new reminders.

This is driving me crazy! Everything else so far is awesome but mystery vibes will kill me... I'll revert to stock and get the OTA... once that comes in maybe they will have it on record and I can just go ahead and reroot.

Nobody has ANY fixes for this?
