Help Mytouch Q wont boot just restarts after error screen

I need help please!!!!!

Deleted an app from titanium backup named weather, and since then my phone doesnt work....

It loads up to the lg screen, then after that the triangle with the exclamation in the middle next to the android screen comes on with the following script:

Finding update package...
E:unknown volume for path [SYSTEM:app/weatherwidget.apk]
E:Can't mount SYSTEM:app/weatherwidget.apk
Installation aborted.
Factory reset Failed
Restart factory reset

Then when this screen stays on for 5 seconds, it starts back at the lg logo then restarts this whole process over and over again...

I tried EVERYTHING...nothing works. The hard reset when you hold the f, and a key along with the volume down and power button doesnt work. ive tried the adb command, that doesnt work because my phone doesnt stay on that long before it restarts, therefore the computer doesnt recognize it, well only for a couple seconds while the error message appears, then it goes away when it restars....VERY frustrating.

If theres anyone that has knowledge of what to do please help me. ANY Suggestions would help...ive google and youtubed every possible answer for the past 2 days...thanks in advance

good God! i have the same problem here which has forced me to read up a lot about android phone as this is my first android phone, the phone just keeps going through a boot loop, with the following error message

i dont know what to do again, ihave tried fast boot , i have even used my pre-created stockrom recovery, tried kdz updater, tried letting the lg mobile support tool flash the phone, but after flashing phone returns to the same screen. having scoured google relentlessly as i am wont to do i have as my final hope before condemming the the phone to look for help in this esteemed android forum. i am a novice but one who quickly gets the hang of thing i need the unequivocal help of this great android forum.please come to my aid as in my country there aint no lg support centers to go to else i would have done that and i just burnt cash getting this phone, not up to 2 weeks. i just hated the stock rom as it lagged and was full of bloatware plus i love experimenting too. thanks for your anticipated support

Have same problem with LG Marquee after using Titanium Backup Pro to force remove app. No recovery, adb, hard reset, etc. Hoping for a solution....
